Complete The Registration Form
Registration form needs to be completed and damage waiver fee paid a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival
Click on complete the registration form. Below register now you will see click here to view instructions for step by step information on how to complete the form.
You will then be asked for your email address and the first time to create a password.
The information you are providing is required by Florida State law for all villa rentals as well as gives us the ability to communicate with you regarding your villa holiday. (all information collected is used solely for the purpose of registering your villa and communicating your villa holiday information)
The second section is where you pay your mandatory villa damage waiver / property protection plan. This is a non refundable fee that gives you peace of mind protection against any accidental breakage or damages up to $1000.00. Please see the terms tab for the full details. Once you have completed the registration process you can pop in and out of the site as often as you like and look at the informational videos. Please view the tabs across the top of the page to explore the site. You will get emails from us verifying you have signed in and registered with us. Then approximately 24hrs prior to your arrival your check in details will be available on line showing the property address, lock box or key pad details for entry and any additional details required for your access to your villa holiday. We suggest you enter the address into your phone or GPS device so you have your directions handy on arrival. If for any reason you do not have access to a device for driving directions please let us know a minimum of 72hrs in advance so we can be sure to include driving directions in your check in documents. You can do this by clicking the contact us tab and choosing the email to Excel Florida Vacations. Please include your arrival date, lead name on booking and TUI booking reference in the subject line.
