Excel Florida Vacations Privacy Policy.

In order to comply with Florida Law and with the General Data Protection Regulations the following policies have been adopted by Excel Florida Vacations LLC.

At no time will and information collected in the course of doing business be shared with or sold to any 3rd party entity for the purposes of solicitation, advertising or any such activity.

DATA COLLECTED

To comply with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations, Division of Hotels and Motels we are required to register and guest residing in any transient rental.  As such we will be collecting the following information.  Name, address, telephone number and email address.

This information will be collected on the guest portal when you register.  You will choose your own password.

EXTERNAL WEBSITES

During the registration process you will be required to pay via credit card the compulsory damage waiver fee.  We use a 3rd party website to process credit card transactions.  The company we use is Authorize.net

USING YOU DATA

We use your personal data to fulfill the registration requirements and to process any products or services you may want to buy and too help you with any orders and refunds that you may ask for.

We want to serve you better and a client staying in our accommodation so we may contact you be email prior to, during or after your stay to help improve your stay with us, to illicit feedback through surveys, to manage any maintenance issues while you are in resort.

DATA RETENTION

Excel Florida Vacations will only retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.  After this period has expired we will erase all your personal data.
